Stock Condition Surveys
The purpose of the survey is to check the condition of such items as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, walls, rainwater goods and roofs. The results of the survey will help determine the Association’s investment strategy in the coming years so the work is important.
JMP’s surveyor may call at your door to do a survey. It will not take too long, 30 minutes at most, and the surveyor will carry ID and a letter of introduction. Your co-operation in allowing access will be much appreciated
