Building Insurance

Property owners must take out Glen Oaks' Buildings and Property Owners Liability Insurance if it is required in the title deeds. 

Glen Oaks have arranged a block Buildings and Liability Policy at a very competitive rate.

The cost of this policy for 2019-20 £170.48 per annum.  We will invoice this cost to you over your 4 quarterly invoices.

If your title deed does not require you to take out Glen Oaks' block Policy we will require a copy of your insurance cover for our records.
