Over the last year we have been carrying out an extensive evaluation of our staff structure. We wanted to improve services for our tenants but also streamline our internal processes and communication to ensure our staff have the support they need to provide you with an excellent service.
The new structure brings together our former Housing Services and Technical Services departments into one new department – Customer Services. The department is split into two teams that provide both tenancy services and property services for patches of our estates.
Each staff member will be champion of a particular area of the service. This will allow for mentoring across the teams, best practice sharing and a focus on continuous service improvements.
Tenant Scrutiny, tenant engagement, consultations, feedback and communication will now also sit within the new Customer Services Team, which will put your feedback at the heart of our service delivery and design.
