About the scheme

In 2002, Glen Oaks introduced a Gold Service scheme to reward its loyal 
tenants.  We believe that our tenants have the right to peace and quiet and 
a decent home and environment in which to live.  In the past, we have spent too 
much of our time and resources on a minority of tenants who do not keep to
the obligations of their tenancy agreement.

By providing a valued incentive scheme for our tenants we aim to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Promote tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Target our resources to tenants and communities who comply with their responsibilities
