Housing Services Manager

Glen Oaks Housing Association has built up a strong reputation as an innovative community-controlled organisation that places customer service, financial viability and being an excellent employer at its heart. The Association owns and manages approximately 1500 properties in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village.
We want to recruit a full-time Housing Services Manager with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our busy team. It’s an exciting time for the Association as we are looking at how we currently work with a view to changing our structure. Therefore, the responsibilities of this role may be subject to change. We currently have hybrid working so this post would be based in the office for part of the week and the remainder would be working from home.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-efficient housing management services for tenants and other customers
- Set and monitor targets for continuous service improvement and measure customer satisfaction
- Co-ordinate the Association’s rent harmonisation exercise
- Develop the recently-introduced programme of customer support visits
- Ensure the highest standards of performance, compliance and accountability within the department
