We are managed by a voluntary Board, made up of tenants and other people (with different skill sets), whose role is to provide leadership and determine our strategy for the future.
The Association's shareholding members elect the Board. This is done at our Annual General Meeting.
The Board does not get involved in the day-to-day running of the Association - this is left to our staff team.
Michael has been a Board member of the Association since 2012. Michael is a Technical Director in a large multi-national firm.

Simon has been a Board member of the Association since 2012. Simon is retired and was previously a Senior Manager in a large UK bank.

Patricia joined our Board in May 2022. Patricia has worked in the housing sector for a number of years and is currently the Interim Director of another housing association.
