Sharing Owner Policy

Every three years we review our 'Sharing Owner' policy. We’re reviewing our Shared Ownership Policy to make sure it remains clear, fair, and works well for our sharing owners.

This policy explains how we manage shared ownership and the services provided. It is designed to reflect the unique aspects of shared ownership, while ensuring you receive the same high standard of service as all our customers.

As part of this review, we are making a small number of updates to improve clarity, including:

- clearer wording on buildings insurance

- clearer information on legal costs when ownership details change
