Every three years, we carry out a full survey with all our tenants and owners. We want to gain feedback on your customer experience with our many different services and understand what your preferences are for our services. It is important that we understand what is going well and what we need to improve on.
We are required to report our performance to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
Surveys will start in April and will be carried out by an independent company, Research Resource. They will aim to achieve a 40% return rate that is representative across our different areas and age groups.
They will be mostly carried out door to door but also over the phone. Surveyors will carry ID and a letter from us to verify who they are.
