Ending your tenancy with us

As part of your Tenancy Agreement, you need to give us 28 days notice in writing if you decide that you want to move home.

You need to complete the 'Ending your tenancy form' which is available from our reception, or contact us and we can send one out to you.

If you have a spouse, please ensure they complete and sign the form also as they need to sign over their rights to the property under the Matrimonial Homes Act.
