Customer Service Advisor
We want to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with excellent communication skills to join our new front-line team. Key aspects of the role are as follows:
- Respond to customer queries and service requests at reception and on the phone
- Provide administrative and general support to the Customer Services Team
- Liaise with contractors and customers regarding access, appointments and follow-up works
- Record and resolve Stage 1 complaints at first point of contact where possible
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they:

- Have a friendly, positive attitude and a “can do” approach
