Cyclical Maintenance

We will be carrying out the following cyclical maintenance and servicing works over the coming year.  If we require access to your property to carry out any of these checks, you will be contacted directly by Glen Oaks or our contractors.

• Annual gas safety check including smoke & carbon monoxide detector check
• Domestic electric installation inspection
• Gutter cleaning
• Common close painting (Arden)
• Roof anchor safety tests
• Common cold water storage tank inspection
• Common area landscape maintenance
