Annual General Meeting
The Association's 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on 18 September 2024 and was well-attended by our shareholders.
All of the Board members who stood down at the AGM were re-elected. We received 2 nominations this year and we were delighted to welcome Timothy Kato and Paul Watson to our Board. Unfortunately, Timothy had to resign from the Board in October 2024 due to work commitments.
At a Special Board Meeting held immediately after our AGM, the Board elected the Office Bearers for 2024/25. The Board also approved an application to join the Board from John Russell. This means we currently have 11 Board members.
