Written Statement of Service

A revised Code of Conduct (Code) for Property Factors was approved by the Scottish Parliament on 16 of August 2021.

The revisions have clarified and strengthened the Code and will ensure that property factors work to a consistent standard and homeowners are clear on what they can expect.
