Shaped by Tenant Voice Stamp

We’re pleased to introduce our new “Shaped by Tenant Voice” stamp.

You’ll see this stamp on publications, policies, and other information where tenant feedback has helped make improvements. It shows when your views have made a real difference.

Your feedback may come from surveys, consultations, complaints, or from reviews carried out by our Service Improvement Group. The stamp helps make it clear when and how tenants have influenced our services.

We’ll also be tracking how often we use this stamp each year. This is a new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and shows our commitment to involving tenants in shaping our services and improving the way we work.

Look out for this logo on the front cover of future publications and policies. Your voice matters!
