Every year in May we submit our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC), which provides the Scottish Housing Regulator with information on many aspects of our performance. In August the Regulator publishes on their website a report about each Registered Social Landlord with key data from the ARC. In October we report on this performance information to all our tenants, which is our Annual Report.
Througout the year we monitor our performance and the feedback we receive from our tenants in order to ensure our level of service remains high.
- We issue service specific surveys for all of our services such as repairs and monitor the feedback.
- We monitor the complaints and compliments received to ensure we learn best practice from them.
- We report on our performance to our Board/Sub Committees throughout the year.
- We openly share information with the Service Improvement Group to assist them with their review into our services.
